Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support
- Supporting all corporate buildings on a 24/x basis—will have an on-call schedule as well
- Will be supporting all internal systems including
- Highjump- supply chain
- D365
- Oracle Fusion
- PDI- convenience store technology
- **Boomi—this experience would be huge or any IPAAS tool
- Three main tasks
- Support all internal systems- be the first tier of support, however if they cannot handle the task, manage the escalation and responses
- Documentation of the various process’
- Route Cause Analysis
- I.E… if something has broken 4 times in the past 6 weeks, what is the bigger issue at hand and how can we fix that?
- Soft skills:
- Need to be a go-getter, smart person and hungry to learn/work.
- This role could grow into something bigger, could move into a specialized team if that is their desire in the future.
