We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our team and elevate our clients' online presence. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize website performance, improve search rankings, and increase organic traffic. Your role will include creating SEO-friendly content, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing on-page and off-page optimization techniques. Key Responsibilities:  

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing websites and driving measurable results for our clients. Your core duties will include:

Website Analysis:

• Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of client websites to identify areas for improvement in SEO performance.
• Audit site structure, content, and technical components to ensure they meet best practices for search engine optimization.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement actionable SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
• Prepare comprehensive strategy reports, outlining steps to improve website visibility and ranking on major search engines.

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and manage SEO campaigns to achieve and maintain top rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).
• Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headers, and image attributes, to improve relevance and readability.
• Oversee content strategy and keyword targeting to ensure alignment with SEO goals.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
• Provide regular reports to clients showcasing campaign progress and results.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Recommend adjustments to strategies based on industry changes and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:  

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace) is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
