What You’ll Do:
Develop & Execute Strategies: Build YouTube-focused influencer marketing campaigns that align with broader organizational goals, from ideation to execution.
Build Partnerships: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and creators who align with our brand’s vision and messaging.
Contracting & Compliance: Manage partnership agreements, ensuring clarity in scope, budget, and FTC compliance.
Analyze Performance: Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness, delivering reports with actionable insights to continuously improve results.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, PR, social media, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on YouTube trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging content strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years in influencer marketing, with a focus on YouTube partnerships or broader content strategy.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns. Familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in YouTube analytics, influencer ROI measurement, and performance reporting.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of FTC guidelines and sponsored content compliance.
Adaptability: A proactive, innovative approach with a test-and-learn mindset.
