Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create strategic plans for business development.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners or clients.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and progress.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and outcomes for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to foster positive partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated project management skills to oversee initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
