Construction Integration Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee telecom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring integration across all phases.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive project milestones.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee the integration of new telecom technologies into existing infrastructure.
• Manage resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and materials.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 7 years of experience in telecom construction and integration.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including wireless networks, fiber optics, and RF systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale telecom construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with telecom regulations and industry standards (FCC, OSHA, ANSI, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
