Position Title: Senior Manager, CLM Technical Lead

Your role
The Senior Manager, CLM Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of robust Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) solutions within our organization. This role will require an in-depth knowledge of Conga CLM functionalities, Salesforce platform development, and the ability to successfully translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Conga CLM service delivery, including managing implementation teams and internal resources, and will be adept at delivering requirements on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end technical delivery and support of Conga CLM solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, follow best practices, and align with business requirements.
- Lead a team of Conga CLM resources to ensure high-quality service delivery, alongside collaborating with implementation partners.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and priorities. Need to ensure the business has trust in the tech team in the ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal Conga CLM solution options to meet business needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries related to Conga CLM.
- Build a strong understanding of the end to end processes and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional business and tech teams to develop customized solutions using Conga CLM and consider cross functional impacts.
- Proactively fix any issues to prevent them go forward
- Raise any risks and blockers immediately and work with the team to address them
What you’ll need
- Must be a citizen or green card holder with broad experience in IT service delivery, with a strong focus on Conga CLM and Salesforce systems.
- Expertise in Conga CLM and Salesforce.
- In-depth understanding of Conga CLM architecture, functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Experience in Project delivery with Conga CLM and Salesforce.
- End-to-End implementations with integration with CPQ, ERP, eCommerce, and Partner Portals.
- Should be well versed in Salesforce, CRM architecture, CPQ and ERP Architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in all aspects of Conga CLM and Salesforce Administration and Configuration.
- Solution Design for the Integration of Conga CLM with the rest of the applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, security, integration, and scrum agile delivery model.
- Conga CLM and Salesforce certification are a plus
