Your role
Join the Legal, Risk, Sustainability and Compliance (LRSC) team as a Compliance intern and be a key player in on impactful projects focused on enhancing Digital’s compliance control frameworks. Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance and privacy, while also contributing to the enhancement of our organization’s integrity, ethical standards, and general outreach. You will manage a couple projects, including utilizing our ServiceNow platform to implement self-service questionnaires. Additionally, you will have the chance to assist with the management of our Compliance & Privacy internal SharePoint platform. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and computer skills to join us for this exciting internship

What You'll Do
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive questionnaire that will support our compliance program company-wide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design survey questions and ensure alignment with compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the distribution and workflow processes for the collection of questionnaire responses, ensuring confidentiality of participants.
- Define workflows to analyze survey data and areas for improvement in compliance procedures.
- Prepare reports summarizing questionnaire findings.
What You'll Need
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in business, computer sciences or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SharePoint management and administration.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Hands-on experience in compliance and project management within a dynamic corporate environment.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced Legal and Compliance professionals.
- Opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the ethical standards and awareness within the organization.
