- Assist Compliance team with uploading and reviewing existing vendors and high-risk distributors and confirm review for due diligence.
- Assist with reporting and any other data analytics of high-risk vendors.
- Analyze employee data in OneTrust and LRN compliance management platform to ensure consistency and remove/clean up any obvious data inconsistencies or errors.
- Monitor the procurement team’s use of OneTrust for vendors/distributors and ensure that all such vendors/distributors have strong data integrity.
- Help prepare and review compliance documentation, reports, and training materials.
- Support the compliance team with tracking and reporting compliance issues and non-compliance incidents.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance risk assessments.
- Participate in monitoring and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
- Help in organizing and facilitating compliance training sessions for employees.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Compliance Department.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, with a focus on Data/Analytics/Statistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment .
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in leveraging compliance and risk management platforms and optimizing data strategies.
