Position Title: Project Coordinator Intern

Your role
We are seeking a self-motivated intern to join our Corporate Data Office (CDO) team in Dallas for a summer internship of approximately 10 weeks. The CDO is a centralized team dedicated to developing and implementing Digital Realty’s data strategy. Our team is focused on defining a unified corporate data strategy, creating AI-powered solutions and products, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive value across the organization.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in executing project plans, maintaining documentation, tracking deadlines, and supporting team communication.
- Help develop, maintain, and optimize project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
- Prepare presentation decks and status reports with visuals, ensuring they are polished for meetings.
- Coordinate with teams to document, track, and complete action items on time.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including ad-hoc tasks.
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program.
- Strong interest or experience in project management, with the ability to support planning using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation, track deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on action items.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity in documentation.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to support a variety of tasks and adjust to changing project needs.
