Business Analyst (PMO) - Pontiac, MI

Client is seeking experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office Team working in a hybrid work environment. 

• Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time; 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; 
• Ability to keep initiatives on track, strong organizational skills including attention to detail; 
• Clarity, SharePoint, DevOps, Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus. 
• Experienced in business process analyses, developing business requirements, use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices. 
• Experience in creating end user documentation, standards, and processes. Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met. 
• Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications. 
• Support Clarity PPM applicationand initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing/validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades. 

Technical Environment(s): Clarity, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, One Drive for Business).

Local candidates for hybrid work environment, 2 days a week onsite required.
