DTS is looking for Junior Business Analyst for a Direct Client position based in Detroit, MI
Job Description:
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in addressing system related queries from customers. The individual will act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders and IT partners. Primary responsibilities will include working with Business, multiple dealerships to understand system issues providing user support, ensuring smooth operation by identifying and resolving problems, often working closely with end-users to understand their needs and offer solutions. The individual will be forming close partnership with IT stakeholders to communicate any system issues to bring it to resolution. The Business Analyst will drive value during the development lifecycle from capturing system issues; conduct/participate UAT testing, support monthly releases and weekly hot fixes following agile methodology.

This role will require impeccable organizational, time management, and communication skills to be able to tailor your communication style based on the audience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or computer science related degree, Management Information System is preferred
- 1-2 years of customer support within software product industry with proven track record of results
- Advanced knowledge of automotive, vehicle remarketing preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast paced, and collaborative environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation, and follow through
- Obsessed with continuous and iterative improvements driving superior customer service and strong sense of urgency into resolution on issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication (verbal spoken, written) skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels of leadership.
