Process and research inquiries, ensuring responses align with established regulations and accreditation standards. Provide support to internal departments and external entities by answering questions, supplying information, and delivering training. Create and present operational data reports and business proposals. Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency. Collaborate effectively to manage and resolve complex issues related to CMS regulations. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree In-depth knowledge of CMS Chapter 2 - Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Disenrollment guidance Knowledge of CMS regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them effectively Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) Healthcare industry experience Experience with reconciliation processes Familiar with CMS NCD / LCDs Contact our Recruiting Team today to experience the Walker Healthforce difference!
