Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Tester with Tosca experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality standards through functional, automation, and integration testing. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver seamless Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test casesfor Salesforce applications.
• Conduct manual and automated testing on Salesforce configurations, customizations, Lightning components, and integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testingto ensure quality and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Tosca.
• Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data migration and validation testing using Data Loader, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• Work with developers to identify, report, and track defects using tools like Qtest.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Tosca).
• Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the system meets compliance and security standards.
• Mentor and guide junior testers on Salesforce testing methodologies and automation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Expertise in test automation tools (Tosca).
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Salesforce integration testing with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Neo Load (Desirable)
• Experience with Cloud-based testing environments.
