Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that supports business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Define, prioritise, and manage product requirements based on customer needs and business impact.
- Maintain an up-to-date product roadmap with defined timelines and key milestones.
- Analyse product performance data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.
- Gather customer feedback and stakeholder input to refine and optimise product direction.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align teams on product progress and key developments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the technology sector, ideally within SaaS or Telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while balancing technical and commercial considerations.
- A passion for delivering outstanding user experiences and high-value products.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.
