DigitalCM is seeking a full-time Backend Developer – C# .NET (Infrastructure & DevOps Focus) Tampa, FL (on-site)
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Backend Developer with deep expertise in C# .NET to join our engineering team and strengthen our server-side systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in backend architecture, CI/CD workflows, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and enjoys maintaining high-quality code through automated testing and debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement backend services using C# and .NET Core.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with DevOps to manage Azure infrastructure, including app services, containers, and serverless functions.
- Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement resilient solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices in backend architecture and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience with C# .NET Core backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong debugging skills and testing mindset (xUnit, NUnit, Moq, etc.).
- Familiarity with Docker and basic infrastructure automation.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Comply with the provisions of the corporations Standard Practice Procedures manual and DoD 5220.22-M when handling classified material to include generating, marking, storing, handling, and destroying of classified material
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep).
- Monitoring and logging (App Insights, Azure Monitor).
- Security awareness (API authentication, secure deployments).
