You will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our new HRIS system (Workday), support delivery of cross-functional end-to-end system solutions, and partner with our People to define and optimize processes. As a hands-on technical expert, you'll lead all strategic design, modification, and maintenance of People systems. This position assesses technology solutions and makes recommendations for the long-term HR technology plan.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in this roles internally for a company not as third party or with consulting companies.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Manage Workday implementation consultants in the design and build out of Workday, including gathering requirements, developing timelines, and stakeholder management
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development, data mapping, function mapping, setting of development tables, and setting of transaction / control tables
- Responsible for both back-end and front-end Workday design and administration
- Build a People Operations roadmap and project manage the deployment of Workday enhancements, including new processes and reporting
- Keep up-to-date on Workday and other HR system enhancements, regulatory changes, state and local requirements and new releases that would be beneficial to implement
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes across the People team in conjunction with our HRIS roadmap and leadership
- Develop procedures to maintain the data integrity of all Peoplesystems, including Workday, Greenhouse and ADP
- Support with documentation of new and or evolving People Operations processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive improvements, including Total Rewards, Finance, Organizational Development, Payroll, and others.
- Act as first point of escalation for troubleshooting HRIS issues sent by the help desk, HR and end-users
