At DigitalRoute, we're looking for an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Director with experience in QTC to join our team serving some of the most innovative companies today. You will be responsible for our US customers with a mandate to grow the install base within these Fortune100 companies.
You will work closely with a customer base of diverse enterprise and startup companies, from ride sharing to cloud computing and CX solutions. Our customers are pushing the boundaries on product and business models – using DigitalRoute to drive their QTC innovations.

What you'll do
Build Lasting Relationships: Be the trusted advisor and point of contact for our key customers, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions to their business goals.
Know the customer’s business: You’ll advise our customers on the best course of action in and beyond their QTC process (both functionally and technically) based on your understanding of their business & your deep experience in QTC
Have a Growth Mindset: You’re responsible for our customers’ satisfaction, retention and growth. Including developing account plans, growth targets and being measured against the goals.
Lead Customer Onboarding: Introduce new customer teams to our products, setting them on a path to rapid success and satisfaction
Champion Customer Insights: You’ll be the expert on your customers at DigitalRoute, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis. You’ll have a mandate to influence product and the customer journey experience

Experience: Demonstrated expertise in the QTC space, where you’re positioned as a master of the domain. Maybe you’ve written white papers, been the “expert” your peers bring out in front of customers, or a frequent poster/commenter on LinkedIn
