What you'll do
- Solution Design : Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design comprehensive solutions that meet project requirements, emphasising scalability, security, performance, and integration to drive successful outcomes.
- Technical Leadership : Lead and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing architecture expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development, infrastructure, and data management.
- System Integration : Develop architectural blueprints and integration patterns that enable seamless data flow and efficient processes across systems, applications, and services within the organization.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential technical risks and proactively develop strategies to address challenges, enhancing the stability and reliability of the solution.
- Performance Optimization : Continuously analyze and refine system performance, recommending optimizations to improve efficiency, response times, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Quote-to-Cash Domain Expertise : Leverage deep understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process-including pricing, contract negotiation, order management, billing, and revenue recognition-to address common challenges, propose effective solutions, and ensure seamless revenue operations that maximize financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
