POSITION SUMMARY:
Create an environment where staff members are highly engaged and
are focused on providing the highest level of clinical care and compassion to patients, residents and families. Responsible for assuring that the center operates in full compliance with Federal and State regulations while “Doing the Right Things”, which will result in high levels of performance in each of the Genesis Strategic Focus Areas. The Center Executive Director is responsible for planning and is accountable for all activities and departments of the Center subject to rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies to ensure proper health care services to residents. The Center Executive Director administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of the Center to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to residents. In the state of Florida the Center Executive Director serves as the center’s Risk Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support medical receptionist duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
- Center Executive Director must be licensed according to state regulations and must attend
- continuing education as required.
- This position requires that the employee is able to read, write, speak and understand the
- spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at
- the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a medical or office management setting.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications is required; familiarity with other office software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
