What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Digitize?
We're hiring a phone sales representative immediately in Ledgewood, NJ!
You will work alongside our senior sales staff to grow our client base, acquire new business sales, and increase customer retention.
We are looking for technology-minded salespeople who can learn about our products. This is an excellent learning opportunity in an in-demand industry that is constantly evolving!
Please note that this is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Your Work Contributes to Public Safety: At Digitize, we make fire alarm monitoring devices used by cities, college campuses, and military bases to help save lives in emergencies. Digitize has been around since 1977, and works with clients such as Cornell, Harvard, the NYC MTA (subway), and New Jersey Transit.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Take notes to specify price quotes and application diagrams that match user requirements from your client conversations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Achieve sales growth and deliver strong sales results.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Update customer information and sales activities in proprietary CRM software.

Pay: Up to $48,500.00 per year
