Seeking a strategic finance VP/Director to lead financial operations for a multi-state homebuilding company operating in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial projections and budgets for a regional division
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and business planning
- Support land acquisition underwriting
- Collaborate with sales, construction, and marketing teams
- Provide financial insights for corporate forecasting
- Oversee monthly budget reviews and cash flow analyses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8 years of financial planning & analysis experience
- Strong background in:
* Real estate development
* Homebuilding sector finance
* Construction financial modelling
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with cloud-based financial planning software
