Overview

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Dignity Health MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups hospitals health plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service. Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Answers incoming telephone calls from health plan members employers providers and health plans. Assesses purpose of call and provides appropriate information to callers including calls of a complex nature. Ensures work is completed in compliance with relevant regulatory agencies so as to maintain plan licensing. Follows department policies and procedures and meets regulatory quality standards. Serves as a resource for Level 1 Reps assisting with training of reps as requested.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One or more (1 ) years of experience required working as a MSR I within the DHMSO environment and/or other Dignity Health facilities with similar environment and/or settings three or more (3 ) years’ experience working in a healthcare related call center environment experience working in managed care or similar healthcare business environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred Qualfications:

  • Medical office/terminology certification preferred.
  • Experience working with government plans such as Medicare and MediCal preferred
  • Experience working with shared risk full risk delegated and self-funded plans preferred.

Pay Range

$23.00 - $27.99 /hour
