Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Clinical Operations Project Manager coordinates clinical and operational projects as assigned by senior management. In concert with clinic management, the Project Manager retrieves and analyzes data and presents reports to management for use in supporting clinic operation objectives. They collect data from numerous sources, and in various formats, and translate it into a standard format. They analyze the data and provide written documentation and recommendations for improvement.
The Clinical Operations Project Manager provides administrative project support such as scheduling, preparing presentations, monitoring timelines, attending meetings and acting as a liaison to various departments and organizations. They communicate any issues, problems, or information to staff, or senior management, and recommend solutions. They monitor and evaluate project activity and report on progress to managers and leadership. They coordinate and monitor clinical projects from initiation through delivery and assign duties to clinic staff as appropriate. The Project Manager ensures clinical projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years experience in a clinic or medical environment and/or 5 years experience in a financial/analysis position.- High School graduate or equivalent certification.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and ability to use/learn company specialized software and hardware.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry services and products.
- Excellent customer service, written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of experience in a clinic or medical environment and/or 7 years experience in a financial/analysis position preferred.- BA degree in Finance, Epidemiology or related healthcare field preferred.
Pay Range
$36.96 - $53.60 /hour
Salary : $37 - $54
