- Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages, including emergency room consults, triage, and medical care.
- Manage inpatient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and medical procedures within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for effective patient care, employing quality improvement practices to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions, implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
">Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- One year or more of experience in Emergency Room or Inpatient settings, required.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine.
- ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications, or equivalents.
- Qualification to obtain an unrestricted Minnesota practice license and DEA, required.
