Diligent Consulting is seeking a Business System Specialist II to support one of the Department of Defense’s most dynamic logistics programs—JCXS. Key Responsibilities:
Track projects and monitor stakeholder deliverables to support end-to-end program execution.
Contribute to investment and portfolio management efforts in alignment with DoD priorities.
Maintain documentation and reports to support the DoD Investment Review Board (IRB) and Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) processes.
Create and manage program schedules, reports, and presentations.
Use MS Project, Excel, and ProSight to track risks, actions, issues, and deliverables.
Provide real-time PMO support with updates, decision tracking, and weekly reporting.
Requirements:
Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project, investment, or system support roles.
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
Knowledge of DoD IT systems and initiatives, including IRB, ETP, and S&OP processes.
Experience with ProSight or similar portfolio management tools.
