Senior Oracle Functional Expert – Contingent

Clearance Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance and US Citizenship

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Functional Expert to join our high-performing team in support of Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Oracle shared service environments. This individual will provide expert-level support, analysis, and research into complex technical and functional challenges, working as a key member of an executive-level project team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical and functional expert, offering strategic guidance on Oracle EBS R12.2 systems.

• Lead and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts in support of highly complex technical problems.

• Provide technical direction, interpretation, and innovative alternatives on enterprise-level solutions.

• Support and sustain Oracle EDQ and ODI tools across implementations and post-production efforts.

• Work independently under consultative direction to achieve long-range organizational goals and objectives.

• Deliver functional support for Oracle development, upgrades, and ongoing system sustainment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Federal and DoD business processes and apply them effectively within Oracle EBS.

• Provide end-to-end direction and functional oversight of key projects, ensuring alignment with mission goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant technical or functional role.

• Expert-level experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for both implementation and sustainment tasks.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS applications and associated Federal/DoD business processes.

• Proven ability to deliver functional support across the full lifecycle of major Oracle development and upgrade efforts.

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Information Systems Architecture

  • Telecommunications Systems Design and Implementation

  • Software Development Methodologies

  • Information Systems Integration

  • Security Engineering

  • Network Systems Management

  • Functional domains such as Finance, Logistics, or Operations Research

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to operate autonomously and make impactful decisions.

• Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance at the time of proposal submission.
