Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads within targeted industries and segments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow the sales funnel and achieve revenue goals.
Sales Execution:
- Present Managed Services, SAP Solutions, Security Services, and broader IT offerings as tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demos, create persuasive proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Partner with solution architects and technical experts to design customized client solutions.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including C-level executives, IT directors, and procurement teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term client partnerships and repeat business.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to guide service development and go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration And Reporting:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, and operations teams to ensure project success.
- Provide timely updates on sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5–8 years of successful experience in IT services sales, specifically in Managed Services, SAP, and Security Services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Deep knowledge of IT services business models and client value creation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior leaders across mid-market and Fortune 500 clients.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
