Job Description:
A ServiceNow HRSD architect designs and builds solutions for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). They work with clients to identify business needs and create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
·Design solutions: Architect and develop solutions for HRSD applications like HR case management, onboarding, and employee centers
·Consult with clients: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points · Mentor team members: Lead, educate, and develop other team members· Make technical decisions: Be the final technical decision-maker on projects
·Communicate solutions: Communicate the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities to clients and internal resources
·Evaluate technologies: Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on solutions Required
Skills and experience:
·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, IT, or the sciences
·ServiceNow certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
·Experience working on the ServiceNow platform
·Experience in HRSD
·Experience in scripting and app development
·Experience in using Excel, PPT, and Visio Additional qualifications
·Experience in Employee Center or Content Publishing
· Knowledge of web services, APIs, and mobile application design
