We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- New business prospecting and development, including developing new customers.
- Generating new customer and sales leads, setting up accounts.
- Driving new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation, and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category.
- Consistently moving prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow-up and monthly sales activity.
- Actively participating in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business.
- Promoting the company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities, and customer relations.
