Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in delivering innovative global business applications. Ideal candidates will possess strong teamwork abilities, effective communication skills, and a knack for solving complex challenges.
Applicants should have a solid IT background with over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, including significant B2B and B2C analysis expertise, ready to lead solutions for direct, indirect, and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business owners to identify and implement IT solutions that consider functionality, usability, performance, and platform capabilities.
Facilitate dynamic requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across the organization.
Analyze the impact of requirements across departments and devise both target and interim solutions.
Translate business requests into detailed system requirements with precision.
Transfer system requirements knowledge to development and QA teams, providing clear user acceptance criteria.
Effectively communicate and resolve cross-functional impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project specifications are thoroughly defined and documented.
Conduct functional verification to certify UAT readiness and coordinate UAT execution with the business team.
Engage with global teams on technology projects that may necessitate meetings outside typical US business hours.
Maintain a positive outlook and be a supportive force within the team, especially when facing challenging issues.
Skills & Qualifications :
Deep understanding of the end-to-end order management lifecycle for direct, indirect, and e-commerce channels.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the capability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences clearly.
Adept at differentiating requests from underlying needs, breaking down high-level information into functional details, and crafting detailed function design documents.
Experienced in documenting use cases, developing UI / UX designs, flowcharts, and other artifacts to clarify requirements as needed.
Strong grasp of Quote to Cash procedures, including Configure Price Quote, Order Management processes, and revenue recognition practices.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in process mapping, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and have a keen attention to detail.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst in a high-tech environment is highly desirable.
