BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6 years of experience in a network engineering role in a Cisco environment
3 years of experience in supporting and managing hosted Data Centers.
3 years of experience working in an Azure environment.
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of experience in a network engineering role in a Cisco environment.
8 years of experience in supporting and managing hosted Data Centers.
8 years of experience working in an Azure environment.
Experience transitioning an On-Prem network to the cloud, preferably Azure.
Certifications - CCNA or CCNP (R&S) preferred.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on administration experience with:
o Cisco Networking Equipment (Routers, Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, etc.)
o Automating network deployments.
o Cisco DNA administration.
o BGP/OSPF architecture and design.
o SD-WAN with Cloud Integration
o Cisco Nexus Dashboard administration.
o Data Center Management.
o Python, Ansible or Terraform administration.
o Monitoring/Observability tools (Dynatrace)
o Cisco ISE administration.
o Forward Networks administration.
o Cisco Wireless solutions.
o Firewalls (Cisco Firepower and ASA).
o Network Access Control Solutions.
