Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a base salary and commission based on overall sales as well as performance bonuses.
This role reports to the VP of sales and includes managing the customer service reps in our multiple locations and growing the customer service business, updating procedures and processes, being hands on helping the CSRs when the phones are ringing. hands on receiving, diagnosing, scheduling and following up on all service and warranty requests from our clients. We provide our clients with both installed and serviced products that include shutters, screens, awnings, gate operators, garage doors and commercial overhead doors.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Hands on experience installing and servicing some or all of our products
- Technical ability to diagnose potential problems
- Ability to read drawings and understand Technical Documents
- Computer savvy to include Outlook, MS Excel, Google Sheet

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, develop, hire and resource the Client Services & Warranty Group
- Grow the business - establish a plan and execute
- Schedule all installations, service and warranty
- Develop and improve upon performance metrics
- Create an environment that maximizes the client experience
- Create service quotes and estimates
