Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for our Cosmetic/Fragrance counters located in Columbia, MO. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as overseeing product displays, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, training staff, and maintaining product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Extensive Product Knowledge and Customer Service experience
- Training skills to onboard and develop staff
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Previous experience in cosmetics or retail management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
