Position: Counter Manager
Job Description:
The Counter Manager is responsible for the day-to-day business of their specific area. They are the face of the counter brand at Dillards, and are actively building a client base, reaching out to clients, learning everything about the brand, and making all sales goals for their designated brand counter business.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for day-to-day counter business.
* Foster relationships with current clients, and build the businesses client base by forming new connections and relationships.
* Utilize tools provided to build the business and make sales happen.
* Make sales goals each month, get the opportunity to make bonuses, commission, earn free merchandise and more!
* Plan and have fun executing brand events to push sales and bring in new clients.
