Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shoe sales, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and the ability to recommend items based on customer preference.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective selling techniques and relationship-building.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work until 8 PM and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and navigate the sales process effectively.
