- Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in retail math and familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
