We are seeking a dedicated and sales driven Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and driving sales within our Ladies Shoe department. Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including promoting products and upselling items to enhance the shopping experience.
- Supervise your shoe displays and area of the stock room, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and organized and tables are best looking.
- Perform cash handling duties accurately, including processing transactions and managing cash registers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Assist in training new staff members on sales techniques and store policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales and working in commission area
