- Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and reordering as necessary.
- Provide assistance with the Point of Sale (POS) system to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Exhibit professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Support team members in their roles, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Experience in supervising staff is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
- Familiarity with stock management processes is advantageous.
