Pandora Jewelry Sales Specialist Full Job Description: Do you love fashion and jewelry? Want the opportunity to be a brand specialist for one of the most popular jewelry designers out there? We are looking for the right candidate to join our Ladies Accessories team at Dillard’s Baton Rouge. This person will be trained to specialize in selling and merchandising Pandora jewelry and have ownership over our Pandora counter. A successful candidate would be able to do the following: Dress professionally Punctual & open availability Fashionable and able to style outfits & accessories Build relationships with customers & actively do customer outreach to drive their business Able to engage with every customer to offer an excellent shopping experience Follow merchandising guidelines and maintain counter standards Create events to drive business to your counter with the assistance of your manager and corporate buyers You will also be able to sell from all areas of Ladies Accessories (all jewelry brands including James Avery and Kendra Scott, handbags, watches, and sunglasses). Other job duties besides sales and customer service are processing shipment, merchandising, and executing markdowns. What Dillard’s can offer you: Opportunity to earn commission off of personal Pandora sales Monthly opportunity to receive free Pandora jewelry if sales quota is met Opportunity to earn a monthly bonus if the store makes their Pandora sales goals. Opportunity for a raise after 3 months based on performance and then yearly after that (your pay is determined by how much you can sell- there is no limit!)
