Primary responsibilities and tasks of position include:
- Give the customer a positive experience, every time.
- Work well with your team members to accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Be able to work in an environment that makes customers feel comfortable.
- Build relationships with customers to enhance shopping experience.
- Be knowledgeable about product features, maintenance and warranties, and be able to provide this information to customers.
- Be able to help Jewelers communicate with customers in the repair process.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to learn and grow with changing trends
- Attention to detail and providing accurate information for customers.
Previous Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Retail experience, Jewelry experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
