- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain knowledge of retail math to assist customers with pricing inquiries and transactions.
- Support retail sales efforts by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is desirable.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
