What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Lead position at Dillard's?
The Brand Manager will work and sell side by side with the beauty stylists, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Beauty Academy behaviors that lead to increased sales and service indicators.

The Brand Manager Responsibilities are:
Drive brand sales daily, weekly, monthly and annually
Deliver Luxury penetration benchmark for the brand
Develop all 0xx Beauty Stylists, by teaching product knowledge, and the artistry and service skills needed for consistent brand growth.
Work with the Vendor Partner on all support needed to drive Basic and Promotional business, both in-store and outside of the store.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum Education Level: High School or High School Equivalency
Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of selling experience, 1 year of leadership / management experience
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
Demonstrated ability to use computers and other technology necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register
Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately process register transactions
