Business Manager
Dillard's is a striving business with a long-term vision. The Brand Manager will be required to grow the sales and service of a specific brand, by increasing personal productivity and the productivity of the Beauty Advisors assigned to the area. The Treatment Business Manager will work and sell side by side with the beauty stylists and Cosmetic Manager, while modeling, teaching, and coaching the Beauty behaviors that lead to increased sales and service indicators.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help in the planning of sales and promotional events
- Influence the entire Beauty Team to participate in the growth on your treatment business.
- Build a loyal client base.
- Model the Dillard's Five Star Service experience for your team.
- Elevate the Client experience through artistry and Treatment services.
- Be proficient in Dillard's systems to plan and execute daily business.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that includes sales promotions, advertising, and other marketing strategies to increase the company’s reputation and clientele.
- Manage customer service and ensure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and compliance
- Ensure that policies and procedures are followed properly by employees and promotes a five star service.
- Manage inventory levels for the company’s products ensuring that all products are in stock at all times. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained within budget limits.
- Ensure that all employees are trained on proper use of products and how to resolve issues with customers. Ensure that employees are following policies and procedures.
- Oversee training of employees as well as provide feedback to improve services provided to customers
- Help resolve customer issues (reservations, phone calls, etc.)and coordinate with other departments when necessary. Ensure that all information is accurate when entering data into computer systems.
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Cosmetic Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a management role preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
