Position Details:
- Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr
- Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work Environment: Friday & Monday in office, Saturday & Sunday remote
- Training: M-F 8 AM - 5 PM for approximately 2 weeks (depends on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
- Work as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
- Manage a busy dispatch switchboard, scheduling and routing technicians based on their expertise and customer needs.
- Process payments over the phone efficiently and accurately.
- Drive revenue and help achieve team goals.
- Coordinate with management on service, sales, and installation calls.
- Handle customer inquiries to book calls or address issues directly.
- Make a difference by helping others—and feel great doing it!
What We’re Looking For:
- Two years of dispatch experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong call center and customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a big plus!
