WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As an Ecommerce Manager at Dimension 6 Fitness, you will be the day-to-day owner of our Nike Strength Shopify website, including merchandising, conversion rate optimization, website production and overall website experience. We are looking for a candidate that is a team player and excellent communicator, that has an ability to work in fast paced environment and has the technical skills to manage our Shopify store.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Day-to-day owner of the website, including website merchandising, conversion rate optimization, and the overall website user experience (Shopify)
· Manage the product listing from beginning to end (product details, imagery, pricing, etc.)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, operations, and design, to develop and execute ecommerce strategies that align with business goals.
· Contribute to paid media strategy (managed by agency partner) by optimizing site for traffic conversion.
· Lead strategy for post purchase communication and retention (Klayvio)
· Manage relationship and priorities of external site development agency.
· Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve site performance, including site speed, checkout flow, and mobile responsiveness.
· Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
· Manage third-party integrations and plugins to optimize site functionality and improve user experience.
· Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up to date on ecommerce best practices and implement new strategies to improve performance.
