Job Description
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving the sales of DCS’s flagship software solutions, including 3DCS (for tolerance analysis). This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a hybrid/remote environment and who are passionate about building relationships and exceeding sales targets. In this position, you will be expected to manage the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and maintaining post-sale relationships. Your expertise will help clients in industries such as automotive and aerospace improve their quality management processes through DCS’s cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive new business through lead generation, strategic outreach, and relationship-building with prospects and clients.
- Sales Execution: Sell 3DCS software solutions to clients in multiple industries, including automotive and aerospace.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment through to closing deals and providing post-sale support.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as engineering and customer support, to ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
- Sales Tracking: Use Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and generating reports to forecast sales and analyze performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience in dimensional engineering, quality management, or tolerance analysis.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
