What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk/Purchasing Assistant position at Dimensional Graphics Corp dba TDG/Forbes?
TDG/Forbes is looking to expand our office staff with an accounts payable clerk.
Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm.
New employees are eligible for up to $1500.00 in Retention Bonuses in the first year!! $250.00 at 30 days, $250.00 at 90 days, $500.00 at 6 months and $500 at your one-year anniversary.
- Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter invoices for payment, receiving documentation, and work with all departments to help control costs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist in the purchasing department by following up on placed orders, entering order for various departments, and building vendor relationships
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or accounting required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and through email
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365
- Attention to detail and strong math skills for accurate data entry and analysis
- Consistent Attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
