Job Description

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise to recruit for various positions across the enterprise. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative Talent Acquisition team in an environment that encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies, maintain strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers, and build a robust pipeline of candidates to strengthen the company brand.

Perfect Fit – If you are working on filling engineering (in the manufacturing industry) requirements in your current role and have got 4 – 5 years of experience, stability is a key factor here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for full life-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
• Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and negotiation.
• Provide a consultative approach when partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
• Proven track record of recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Strong experience interacting with senior-level business executives.
• Familiarity with process improvement tools, SLAs, and recruiting metrics.
• Knowledge of all phases of full life-cycle recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
