What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Scheduler and Phone Receptionist position at DiMichaelangelo Family Dentistry?
We are a privately owned, general dental group with 10 locations in the Ohio. As our patient base continues to grow, we are now looking for a hardworking and passionate receptionist to join our amazing team.
This position is located in our call center. Job duties include but are not limited to: answering incoming phone calls, insurance verification, posting insurance payments, calling insurance companies regarding outstanding claims, researching patient balances and credits, scheduling appointments, and working shifts in the dental offices to help cover vacations and leaves.
