POSITION RESPONSIBILITY: The Service Liaison is responsible for receiving all inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments. He/she is also responsible for coordinating the daily responsibilities of the courtesy drivers.

Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY: The Service Liaison is responsible for receiving all inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments. He/she is also responsible for coordinating the daily responsibilities of the courtesy drivers.
Essential Duties And Tasks
- To model by example the Company’s mission statement by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company’s guests and community. To live by the Standards of Excellence set forth by Dimmitt Automotive Group.
- Maintain liaison with volume customers, such as fleet owners or leasing companies.
- Make outbound phone calls to engage with customers and promote internal services and/or current programs.
- Maintain department correspondence and files.
- Administer alternate transportation programs.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints.
- Maintain service reservations system.
- Make reminder calls to customers in advance of their reservation.
- Greet customers, assign sequence numbers, obtain and verify customer and vehicle data, and retrieve vehicle history files.
- Route appropriate customers to quick-service operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of personal work area.
- Schedule daily activities for all courtesy drivers.
- Other duties as assigned.
